LOAN PROCESSOR

Responsible for the verification of all solution/loan applications and credit reporting data, ordering property title searches and property appraisals when appropriate, reviewing title reports and appraisals according to corporate guidelines, requesting and reviewing all income verifications required. Responsible to ensure that all RESPA regulations are met and all disclosures are sent to the applicant. May also be responsible for administrative duties.

Required:
Candidates for this position must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Also, requires 1 to 2 years of directly related work experience in Solution/loan Processing; Sales and Finance (Consumer Finance industry preferred); and Customer Service or experience dealing with internal and external customers in positive and difficult situations. Must possess a strong Real Estate background. Also requires the ability to deal with difficult situations and varied personalities.
